Chinaplas 2009 is to be held in Guangzhou, China from May 18 to 21. At this important event SACMI Closures&Containers, an Italian manufacturer of complete lines for plastic cap production, will partner Assocomaplast (the association of top Italian manufactures of machines and molds for plastic and rubber materials) to present a preview of the new and unique CCM80 continuous compression molding machine.
The CCM80 is the only machine in the world able to produce more than 2000 caps in just one minute using only 80 molds with a cycle time of a mere 2.4 seconds. In addition, the machine can produce caps having a nominal diameter up to 33mm, maximum height of approximately 25 mm and maximum weight of 6 grams.
The CCM80 can handle the widest range of raw materials available on the market such as PP, HDPE, LDPE.
