According to the latest American plastic news one of the renowned names in the American Aerosoal Packaging Sector Lindal Group, is all set to initiate a new manufacturing unit in Brazil. According to reports from various other sources the manufacturing unit that Lindal is going to initiate will have a size more than double the size of its existing plant in the region. It is important to underline here that in last few years Brazil has witnessed a significant growth potential in the beauty and cosmetic industry and the move is being taken viewing the growing demand of these cosmetics and beauty products.
The announcement for the inception of the plant was announced by Lindal in last June and according to news from sources the new manufacturing unit will be based at Itupeva, a municipality in the state of São Paulo. With this new establishment the unit will replace the company’s facility in the neighboring city of Jundiai.
While briefing about the move the spokesperson for the company said that Lindal erected the custom-built, expandable facility to capitalise on rising local consumer spending power. According to surveys initiated by various authoritative and authentic organizations Country has been witnessing a sharp growth in the consumption of cosmetics and beauty products. The increased demand of cosmetics and beauty products increased demand for personal care has led to the higher demand of innovative aerosol packaging solutions which had become important for the company to address and hence is the move.
According to reports from the sources the new facility that the company is going to initiate with this move will have more total land space and at the same time it will offer more space for injection moulding, maintenance and general operations, labs, offices, warehousing and other service supports. With the move the company is assured that it will help companies and stakeholders capitalize on the growing demand of beauty products and cosmetics which is being perceived as one of the fast growing industry in the region.
While adding about the move the spokesperson for the company said that “the facility will help shorten supply chains and increase return on investment for Lindal’s multinational customers, as well as for contract fillers in South America”.
