Perfume manufacturer Lancôme has adopted recycled board for the outer packaging of its Aroma Blue fragrance.
The new packaging, 350gsm Trucard 1 gloss developed by papermaker Tullis Russell, is FSC-certified and made from 50% post consumer de-inked recycled fibre.
Tullis Russell said the packaging bears the properties of premium cartonboard, according to packagingnews.co.uk.
The company supplies a range of board products, including one and two-side uncoated cartonboard, uncoated Trucard 0 and high-gloss grade Trucard ice.
