Among other aims, KIEFEL Extrusion GmbH, a market leader in the production of blown film extrusion systems and winders, is using Chinaplas 2009 (May 18 to 21) in Guangzhou for the market introduction of KIEFEL e.co.s. The company thereby widens its product range and optimizes the available product diversity to meet customer demands.
With KIEFEL e.co.s standing for efficient co-extrusion systems, the standardized line configuration is based on proven KIEFEL technology and offers an economical “Made in Germany” production quality with the most reliable level of production. Above all, KIEFEL e.co.s can be used where three-layer commodities such as general packaging films, lamination or shrink films are to be produced. Output of up to 350 kg/h is possible, depending on the material and the die diameter. All commonly used LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and PP grades, as well as metallocene based ones, can be processed.
Aside from the three extruders and a flow-optimized blown film die head, KIEFEL e.co.s lines are available in 1,300 and 1,600 mm layflat width and consist of a 360° oszillating take-off in robust design and an automated double station surface winder.
