Husky Injection Molding Systems, the Canadian based company, announced yesterday (June 9) the expansion of its PRONTO line of fully configurable hot runners. The new PRONTO line will be displayed at the Husky booth at NPE 2009, which will be staged in Chicago from June 22 to 26.
The Husky PRONTO program offers customized hot runners and simple integration for the cost of a standard hot runner. The system can be tailored for each customer’s specific application, providing rapid delivery of fully configurable complete hot halves or manifold systems.
PRONTO’s expansion highlights include:
# Over 100 manifold layouts, more than doubling the scope of the existing PRONTO program to accommodate a much wider range of applications
# Significantly increased flexibility of plate sizes and pitch spacing
# Expanded nozzle options, including Ultra 350, 500 and 750 nozzles with hot tip and valve gate options available for all three nozzles
The expanded PRONTO line offers a cost-effective solution with no compromise in performance, as well as simple configuration steps and a streamlined order process.
