At Powtech 2013, the Beumer Group will exhibit its range of products that include bagging, palletizing and load securing equipment, as well as warehouse management systems for building materials and chemical products.
The German company’s products include the paletpac high performance layer palletizer for palletizing bags filled with bulk materials. This flexible unit stacks PE and PP bags, layer-by-layer, on pallets of all common sizes up to a pack height of 2,400mm with geometrical accuracy and extreme stability.
Depending on the product requirements, paletpac is fitted with a rotary clamp or double belt turning device which moves the filled bags quickly and gently into the required position. Beumer adds that this high performance machine is designed for a number of film thickness and is more flexible than comparable systems.
Beumer has also developed a Warehouse Management System (WMS). It has an interface to all common ERP system and incorporates warehouse management, the material flow system and process control of the individual machines so that production and storage facilities can be monitored continuously. Powtech 2013 will be held from April 23-25 in Nuremberg, Germany.
