Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions will be supplying its Zimmer technologies to two Chinese corporations for production of polyamide (PA) 6, the business unit of France-based Air Liquide Group announced recently.
Fujian Jinfeng Technology Co Ltd and Fujian Zhongjin New Material Co Ltd recently signed contracts for PA6 plants with Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions, who will be responsible for the design of the plants, the delivery of proprietary equipment and the technical services for a total capacity of 360,000 tons per year.
The new plants will feature the Zimmer technologies Full Recovery concept as well as the newest generation of proprietary reactors with a single line capacity of 400 tons per day, according Air Liquide.
