Industrial Copolymers is to change its name to that of its polyurethane dispersions and epoxy hardners brand – Incorez.
The company and its parent, the Iotech Group, were bought by the Swiss Sika Group at the end of January. Its sister company in the USA already trades as Incorez Corporation.
