Indonesia’s tri-sector exhibitions, Indoplas, Indopack and Indoprint 2014 attracted over 22,000 visitors, a 20% increase compared with its last edition in 2012, the organizers, Wahana Kemalaniaga Makmur and Messe Düsseldorf Asia.
The three exhibitions showcased new technology and innovations with respect to plastics, packaging, processing and printing industries.
“It is heartening and very encouraging to see such a notable increase in exhibitors and visitors to the three exhibitions,” said Gernot Ringling, Managing Director, Messe Düsseldorf Asia.
A record 362 companies from 19 countries participated in the four-day exhibitions, representing a 30% increase from 2012. International suppliers comprised half of the exhibitors and took up 70% of the exhibition space.
With a 20% rise, over 20,000 industry players attended the event, which is also a new high in the shows’ history.
