Entries are now invited for this year’s Horners’ Award for Plastics, given to innovative products or processes with a proven track record of commercial success. The Award was created more than 50 years ago to stimulate innovation and improve the competitiveness of the UK plastics industry. Last year’s winner was the (Durakerb road kerb system made from recycled materials (pictured).
     The Horners’ Award is jointly organised by the Worshipful Company of Horners – a City Livery Company – and the British Plastics Federation.
     Entries close on July 31.
