gwk will exhibit a range of cooling and temperature control technology with a focus on energy efficiency at CHINAPLAS 2013. One of the highlights is the improved version of integrat 40, a multi-circuit temperature control system which which can integrate up to six fully independently operated temperature control circuits in a floor space of only 60 x 60cm in production cells.
The seal-free, magnet-coupled stainless steel pumps, which are integrated into each circuit, were supplemented with a new continuous and temperature controlled quantity regulation system. Together with the standard installed continuous heating regulation this achieves a homogenous temperature profile on the surface of the mold cavity and is at the same time saving energy.
The effect can be positively further enforced by employing the ideal combination with the integrat 40, for producing close to cavity temperature control channels inside the molds. The new feature of the integrat 40 is its intuitive and clear operator guidance on a central screen. All process data are represented numerically and graphically on a touch-screen with color display.
Various password-protected user levels allow safe operation with saveable process parameters. An interface to the machine control system and a USB-connection can be used to transfer the data to external data carriers. The touch screen is either integrated into the temperature-control system or in a housing that can be installed anywhere.
