The UltraScan system is a powerful ultrasonic gauge that provides non-contact measurement of product wall thickness, eccentricity, diameter, and ovality.
It is capable of measuring products with wall thicknesses down to 25μm on tubes as small as 250μm and larger products with diameters up to 660mm. Beta LaserMike notes that its patented “Snap Technology” automatically sets up the waveforms of all transducers, tracks tolerances to catch wall variations, and provides higher accuracy of average wall and concentricity measurements with assured repeatability.
