Automatik Plastics Machinery GmbH, the German based specialist of pelletizing technology, announced that it has now moved to a larger facility in China as business grows steadily. The new center will cover approximately 1,300 square meters.
Since 1994 the company is represented with a service center for cutting rotor resharpening (operated by RSSMC), spare parts sales and stock, machinery sales and field service in China. The new facility includes also the manufacturing and assembly of the strand pelletizing machine BAOLI. By bringing its various sales, service and production activities into a new combined office/production facility, Automatik will have the resources and expertise in a single location to offer better service and faster customer response times. With its larger office, production and warehousing areas, Automatik Plastics Machinery will now be able to offer:
* Pelletizing machine sales and services
* Local production of BAOLI pelletizers for the Chinese market
* Spare parts sales and handling from its on-site warehouse
* Rotor resharpening and repair shop
* Start-up and installation by local staff
* Customer training for operational and maintenance staff
Automatik Plastics Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. employs approximately 15 people now.
In addition Automatik South East Asia is opening a sales and service center in October in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, also including a resharpening facility for cutting rotors. With this additional service facility Automatik Plastics Machinery will serve its customers in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia even better and faster.
