Group to play a pivotal role at Gulfood 2013 with the latest food & beverage supply chain solutions
The biggest food and hospitality fair in the Arabian Gulf: that, in short, is Gulfood 2013, which will, for the first time, see Sacmi take part with an impressive display of food & beverage technological solutions.
Over 5,000 specialised operators are expected to attend the event, being held in Dubai (UAE) from 25th to 28tj February 2013. Future-oriented industrial strategies – such as the 2009 decision to bring the Group’s outstanding skills and know-how together in a single Division, Sacmi Beverage – have strengthened Sacmi’s position in this sector considerably; Sacmi heads to Dubai with the aim of intercepting a growing demand for technology, especially as regards the non-alcoholic drinks segment.
The three days in Dubai will, among other things, see various specialised sessions dedicated to different drink types (carbonate and functional drinks, tea, coffee, juices, water, energy drinks, dairy etc.) where major machine producers will illustrate their latest drink processing solutions. One of the event’s key goals will be to provide a response on the distribution and logistics front, with Sacmi – able to count on a worldwide sales-production organisation – perfectly positioned to offer itself as a “global” technological partner, from raw materials to bottle, from quality control to after-sales service.
